Muhammad Rafeh Hyder is an associate at Ashtar Ali LLP and he focuses on litigation involving commercial disputes, financial law, and family law. He regularly assists the partners in the High Court on matters related to constitutional law, company law and arbitration.
He has previously worked at Pakistan’s leading International law research organisation and continues to expand his scope in research and publication in the fields of international law, the laws of disability and Pakistan’s political climate.
Rafeh holds a High Distinction in BA-LLB (Hons.) from the Sheikh Ahmad Hassan School of Law at the Lahore University of Manegement Sciences. While at LUMS, he has also completed a minor in the field of Education. He maintains a keen interest in transnational law and public policy.
