Faiqa is responsible for drafting contracts, legal opinions, and research memos, and is regularly involved in matters relating to company law, defamation law and securities regulations. She assists the partners on a range of litigation matters pertaining to constitutional and commercial disputes before the High Courts and the Supreme Court. Faiqa has formerly worked at the Office of the Advocate General, Punjab, as a legal intern, where she assisted the Additional Advocate General with cases pertaining to land acquisition, environmental issues, and other constitutional matters. Faiqa maintains a keen interest in public and administrative law. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a litigation chamber where she assisted senior counsel in areas of intellectual property, banking, civil, corporate, and drug laws before the Lahore High Court, Banking Offences Courts, Civil and Sessions Courts.
Faiqa graduated from the University of London External Program in 2019 and was awarded a LLB (Hons.)
